From there.... the Kline clan ( now Kline's, Branch's and Skipper's ) came back to our place and we ate together. The kids had a great time playing together.
Once everyone had left ( minus GrannyLou who stayed to watch a movie with us), we opened our 1 Christmas Eve present-- which is tradition that it is ALWAYS pj's.
After we all had our new PJ's on, we settled down to watch Horton Hears a Who.
Then it was off to bed.......
Kadyn shared with us she "knew" about the magic of Christmas-- the truth of it. So, I helped her learn how to keep that spirit alive after Dylan had gone to sleep. It makes me sad to know she is learning some truths about things.... she is growing up. However, she had fun helping me with stockings.
